re GLW - I decided that 16.05$ is low enough for me and adequately reflects the somewhat mum outlook on LCD glass. I purchased a first lot on both my taxable and IRA account.

I am selling down other position that have done well - sold the rest of Nippon Seisen 5659.T (468 Yen) and Itochu 8001.T (920 Yen) which both had a strong run as of late.

I also sold MCHB.OB (Mechanics Bank), my stub in Galleon Energy, both at small losses - I believe that with the uncertainty about the debt limit and US credit rating, bank stocks are not the place to be. I continue to own BAC and severfal others.
