That is our problem. Obama of course should have a plan. Any responsible person in his position would have one...it is inexcusable...but we knew that this is what we would get...he has no experience. White House spokesman Tim Carney spends 10 minutes bobbing-and-weaving questions about President Obama’s plan in case the federal government misses the August 2 debt deal deadline. Then he admits there’s no real plan at all.
