As we have learned over the years, nuclear power exists only because of massive and secret government subsidy, partially to produce plutonium for nuclear weapons. Coal pollutes too much. And recently it came out that gas fracking seems to cost more than advertised. What is needed as always is a level playing field.

I am not interested enough to research it for here, but everything I read says that, unless we seem some sort of miraculous break though, Sunbeam electricity is NEVER going to be competitive with Gas/coal/water/nuke.
