Medicare and Medicaid are terribly mismanged and nobody needs the Social Security Admin to make an investment in Govt bonds. Only the Govt needs Social Security setup the way it is for REVENUES! Answer to mismanaged Medicare and Medicaid by Govt...START A NEW MEDICAL PROGRAM TO MISMANAGE CALLED ODUMBOCARE!
