I believe we should cut everyone's SS this year by up to 10% and make a minimum federal income tax of 100 dollars and up depending on income. Cut food stamps by 40%.

Allow companies to repatriate income taxed by another nation for a charge of 6% That would bring in hundreds of billions in taxes they would never receive otherwise.
