Have you researched into QCOM, I know that business is a bit expensive however they are specializing in the CPU for mobile products. sorry, QCOM hasn't been on my radar in over a decade. (I did hold it for a short time back around 2000 but haven't followed since). Haven't looked into why, but it hasn't passed the consideration screens in a very long time.
