The second link you posted was not the same as the first link you posted. And yes...........in the second he was mocking, but in the first he was telling all of us that the dem senate would never approve a balanced budget amendment. I don't know if he's right...........wouldn't until it was tested..........but I think he is.

Otherwise............McCain should have retired before the last election.
