What's ASCM's role? Do we have names of people they are working with there?
They appeared out of nowhere back in April on L2. People were commenting about it all over iHub, as I recall. The stock ran from 70 cents on up some heavy volume after that.
I was attacked just for bringing this up.
WHY?
--------------------------------------- Somebody really went looking for posts about this, didn't they? Does anyone think I am exaggerating here?

ASCM did a grand total of 7 transactions in 2010.
http://ascendiant.com/transactions.aspx
I highly doubt they are doing one with JBII or 99% of the other stocks they make a market in because if they relied on 7 piss financings a year to stay in business they'd be bankrupt fast. Read the dates on the list of each one and note the amounts.
I'd be willing to make a wager that JBII doesn't show up on their client list because I highly doubt they're a client. JBII doesn't have a history of toxic financings as you imply. Dilution has been minimal and on very friendly terms (fixed per share and restricted)
ASCM was frequently on the bid today as well suggesting that they were likely just making a market and playing the volatility.

I asked about it again here and I got a non-answer:

they issued more shares at 70 cents. i think you are way too early, but a profit is a profit
also, i saw that coming early on the 13th
how did whoever ASCM was representing know there was a 70 cent share dump? how did they profit from it?

Why attack the messenger? Why not just say "I don't know why ASCM showed up on L2?"
Neither of them did that.
I found that quite odd at that time, and I still do today.

What? I don't care about this stock. I find the tactics being used to "promote" it deplorable, however. So for all of 10 minutes today, I looked at L2 to see what was up. I saw all I cared to see.
It amazes me that people think that attacking folks who follow a stock is a great way to attract new investors.
But hey, it must work. Or you guys wouldn't keep it up. You've done that with nearly every stock you all have humped over the last 3 years.
It's a real turn off for me. That's why I don't read the posts.

No, that's not correct. I've repeatedly expressed my opinion about the tactics used to hump the stock, however. That's absolutely true.
Some of it has been funny, but most of it has been firmly based in attacking anyone who posts about the stock that's not a rabid cheerleader. Anywhere you can find them, you guys have stalked people all over the internet, and I wasn't suprised to learn that you didn't stop there. The attacks go way beyond iHub.
I could care less about that company, or their stock. But if I did care, I would assume the shares will be worthless eventually.
Good luck.
