And the result is the golden years of the Clinton admin..........what was never emphasized was the fact that only very high incomes were given the increase.....I seem to recall that you got an increase if your income was above 190K as a single person.....I doubt many on this thread were included....

But the GOP made a lot of noise at the time to gain election points...
