Patrick,

To say Dell was low key, would be an understatement. Microsoft had an entire building (pavilion) devoted to MSFT. There were many companies encompassed under the MSFT umbrella. They were known as MSFT "partners". Dell was represented as a partner. Some of these partners were lined up in a row with a partion between each one. The desk space and product (computer with monitor) was about 4 ft wide. Dell had one of the spaces on the end. I asked the Dell guy if they had their own booth somewhere besides this. He said no. Their participation could be classified as minimal .... at best.

I would say that Dell does not consider this show to be big time important, as the show is for dealers and not a consumer show. What do you think?
