The Senate is where real dysfunctional behavior is happening, and the press is giving them a complete pass. They haven't submitted a budget proposal, or plan to extend the debt ceiling yet. Harry Reid will go down as the most partisan poor leader in the history of the Senate.

BTW, Thanks Nevada for returning this creep to the Senate last year!
