MtnRes, Welcome! In addition to your post, Wincom/Struthers (SIIS) has recently announced an agreement with SISTEX which will provide secured IVDS communications. Recently, the Investement Relations person indicated on his voicemail message that "Substantial Changes are Immiment". We are anxiously awaiting what that may mean. You mentioned that you received your tip in SI. Is there other information available that you could share with us? Prior to the recent information, we have not heard a whole lot. We have been pending a BIG news announcement that would shed some light on capitalization, that would push the company forward into implementation of their IVDS business plan. Sounds good, and the technology is great, but we've been waiting for a while. We need help in getting timely delivery of management commitments. --Rick
