I wonder about the qualification of our leading generals to conduct an occupation. Petraeus appears to be just a corporate ladder climber singing what the politicos wanted to hear. The general who called for a force of 400,000 got canned & passed away. Tommy John(?) walked off the job after the first two weeks...while the scum keeps rising to the top in the Pentagon corporation.
If Oil is the reason we're over there, shouldn't we be weaning ourselves off it with alternatives? How dense do you have to be not to understand this?
