Mason - IBM has been using a synchrotron for years in its developmental XRL work. They will NOT be ordering Cymer lasers -- the synchrotron is the light source. There are X-ray steppers available from SAL for manufacturing. Canon, NTT/Nikon, and SVGL also make X-ray steppers. (I got this stepper information from the SAL newsletter, Vol.2, No. 6 1997.)
