I was reading the latest SEC filing on QDEK's shelf registration, and wanted to revisit their REG.S to try to explain the stocks current situation. I thought I saw mention in the last couple of months that QDEK bought back those Reg S shares before they hit the market. BTW, I listen to the stern show on the way to work (only because NPR is over long before I get in the car) and at the slightest hint of a commercial, I'm over to one of 5 or so music stations. Ad breaks on stern's show have been like 10 minutes solid sometimes, so I don't see how anyone can have the patience to listen to them.
