Why don't we ask Kugler why its' so hard to get our certificates, that may be a good place to start, at least thats' what the NASD thinks.....the wait appears to be "EXCESSIVE"....I know SMartin decided that DD wasn't neccessary because Tonto was to be trusted, I even posted the RMCW plant # for him to call. If he would've called he would've found out that ,domestically, the water is sold and distributed as 'AQUAVISTA', he also would've found out that NO ONE AT THE PLANT WAS INTERVEIWED for the CASPER article, and laughed at its' authenticity. If the 144 issue is as big as Kugler has made those believe, have they done the math?, most of those shares would go to Breton & Morgan and might increase the float by just a few shares...Good job Kugler! The NASD is taking note.
And does everyone expect Riley to post ad nauseum when Mork....oh, remember him?The guy with the huge short position, fradulent press releases, etc.......Mork has named Riley in a lawsuit? Do they really expect Morgan & Breton not to choose their words carefully?
So Kugler, Why can't we get our certificates?, The NASD wants to know to.......And if my CAPITAL LETTERS gave the impression I was anxious,.....think again, WE GOT THIS THING SEWED UP!!!! DEMAND YOUR CERTS, FOLLOW-UP w/ LETTERS TO THE NASD!! PRESSURE!!!, Pugs
