Ron Paul is either lying or is having a senior moment. The "projected spending increases" are mostly inflation adjustments. Ron Paul frequently complains that real inflation is much higher than what the government reports. Apparently he is forgetting this now. Spending numbers must be adjusted for expected inflation. When they are, the cuts are very real. Or does everybody think inflation will be zero in the next decade?
