<<<<<HK and other major SE Asian markets are among the most vibrant in the long run .........i agree--then add to that this: the imf forces the ASEAN nations to tighten fiscal policy--this causes a slight slowdown in growth in exchange for more stable economics--they deregulate more (joined by the japanese and chinese) and this begins to start the economies humming again. short term slowdown--long term this will create a boom in spending in the ASEAN region and latins america that will power this aging bull even further if you are in the right sectors. imho this problem is bullish in the long term for technology and oils
