The last amendment was filed on February 18. They have lost their momentum. While 2010 was a turnaround year, they are very highly leveraged and the interest expense is eating them alive. If you remove the goodwill from the balance sheet they have a negative net worth approaching $300 million. Unless the interim numbers showed some improvement, this might be a hard sell.
