There was too much illogic in the Reply, and I didn't want to spend time thinking about how IBM repays "principle". The Reply treated the whole "41%" as if it's welfare, given to people who are on the public dole.

I don't believe "41% of the government's cash flow is borrowed money." As Bill posted about statistics, that's a false statement.
