Some thoughts on geology and other things.
Hi there Phil
I believe that RC would have better material recovery in oxidize ore than diamond drilling. Although the core is the ultimate story teller, due to poor ground conditions and degree of the weathering it can
be sometimes a great difficulty to have a solid sample. RC will give you a bag material which can be sampled as a trench or a pit sample. RC has its flows since the upper section of the hole material may
fall lower, therefore contaminate those sections either way by decreasing or increasing the contents of
the gold. In this particular case having the adit present which was a reason for holes 53 and 54 not reach their depth' destination. This is also a danger for RC, since material may go right through the hole to
the adit.
I have inquired about the adit and was told that was caved so at the moment underground drilling would not be possible. Beyond that it appears like the mineralization is from the outcrop down and it
is easy to drill from the surface.
The frustration of co. for not reaching depths is understandable since they can get the depth of the zone but cores were recovered in 53 and 54 and they will be sampled so the assays will be known
what is above the adit. I don't have idea how deep hole 55 was drilled but I did not hear anything about loss of core or termination due to old mine workings. The new drilling of hole 56 was going fine and at 310 ft was still in stockworking similar to the trench nr.5 with 4g/t(on visual assessment again).
I have done some napkin calculations on the area of 100m*120m on surface (size of trench 5 and surrounding area-feed from prop.) and depth of 100m. If we assume that average grade is 4g/t this
very limited zone open to all directions could hold 400,000 oz alone and with 3g/t some 320,000 oz.
Those figures are raw and take 12 ft cubed as 1 ton of volume. I was also told Purisima is very good for open pit and I also believe that despite of many voices Tres could be the same due to elevation (the info from the property).
I am not sure if others agree but gold values are quite consistent in every hole(as well they are present in every hole) drilled on San Jose and this is the element which actually is working for us.
Steve and Hugh are very certain about the gold price influence on tightening of exploration budgets and this maybe the factor why GHE is still alone in their afforts. I have thought over my position and
admit that they are right but not with application to every major co. there I also admit that would make them think twice where to put their money to work. I think we would agree, to get a decent deal now is very difficult due to current situation and as long as drilling continues I hope the assays will do the negotiating for GHE.
Geology of San Jose is a strong feature for GHE and good reason why to be in this stock.
The promo, I don't think that term has any use here.

Today's trading-
F.M was there again only for 5,000 sold.
Canaccord has bought 29,000.

All the best
