Personally, I find it encouraging that SCYR decided not to inflict customers with their own Zip utility in distributing Eye Catcher -- thereby adding insult to injury. On the other hand, using a reliable product like WinZip means there isn't any chance they will escape what awaits them -- with Syncrony's Zip, the product might have accidentally deleted itself or failed to install.
