More an more attorneys have accounting backgrounds these days...

since judges are attorneys, then it follows that more and more judges have accounting backgrounds these days

and, yes, this would not be a good thing for JBII

==========

Is it common for judges in these securities fraud/misrepresentation lawsuits to have accounting backgrounds? I know they are chosen at random, but remember being frustrated in the past by judges who don't seem to grasp the magnitude of the numbers involved. That just seems like way bad luck for JBII.
