I too would like to know what insider selling you're talking about. Those who have been with this stock for a while have looked into this a good deal, and we've been able to find NO significant insider selling of the stock of any kind. In fact, that has been one of the few comforts we have had through this ordeal. All we have right now is a working hypothesis that some of the holders of convertible debentures might have taken short positions when the stock began to run into trouble, since they had a guaranteed ceiling replacement price to cover their positions. As far as anyone connected with management is concerned (and the term insider does imply management), we've seen nothing. Please show us the facts or refrain from speaking so loosely. Thanks in advance.
