It puts BORL in the area Del wants to go, check out the VSGN thread. Company has talent, salesforce and experience in the enterprise area. A lot of people like VSGN. The price being paid does not look that bad when you look at the run-up in BORL and the run-down of VSGN and realize that this deal must have been cut a little while ago. I think I also read that the VSGN management owns a lot of of stock (a good sign). Elliot
