did you see the part about ragger tail? google says it contains 45% metal which qualifies as a solid which could be staged under the solid waste permit the other thing is the 45% steel scrap steel is getting between .11 cents and .15 cents per pound these days do you have idea how many pounds of ragger tail is available from Rock Tenns facilities world wide???? Im anxiously awaiting the 10Q to see if any fuel sales are in it
