I'm mentally trying to anticipate what the catalyst would be...need some positive comments out of European Central Bank IMO such as Europe announcing their own Quantitative Easing plan for failed States. It wasn't popular here and it won't be popular there, but the alternative is going to be European Banks holding worthless junk bonds, collapsing like Dominos. All the ECB needs to do is pledge that they will be the lender of last resort and print Euros and BUY all the debt of Italy, Spain, Ireland, Greece, etc.
