| clochard, before you can become a con man, you, yourself, must gain your reader's or your mark's confidence. bring some objective data instead of suppositions, and you might be able to fool some people here. to think all or most of the shale gas companies are unprofitable yet touting shale gas to the high heavens (like the economist is doing in the article dennis roth posted here), one has to think all of the shale gas companies are stupid and no longer interested in profits. if that were true, whom would they want to destroy other than themselves? get some info that makes logical sense, and your con might start working. so far pennsylvania, ohio, texas, louisiana, arkansas, north dakota, and other states are not confident in you or your view. oh, and if very low ng prices make some companies unprofitable, there are plenty of the big, well capitalized boys ready to buy their acreage. |
