re: behind the scenes We have spent a considerable amount of time over the past 18 months in Redmond on a variety of 'missions'. I could probably write an interesting article on some of the inner workings at Microsoft just from my brief experience, but I think I'll pass :). We started our real technical efforts earlier this year, and I must say our sponsors within uSoft have been quite helpful. I think we were quite influential, but besides the advantage of having some very good relationships, don't read anything 'unusual' into the comment.
