Jorj. beside having multiple degrees which include the MBA and PhD. my past experiences includes consulting both management and unions in achieving their respective ends through bargaining and conflict resolution tactics. Additionally, I have run campaigns (issues and political) for/with legislators (Federal, State, County and Local communities), in addition to community organizing learned at the Saul Alinsky's Institute. Therefore, I recognize the tactics that the far right extremist are using and the potential consequences (strength and weaknesses) from using such organizing tactics. In politics and bargaining, currently, it is all about winning. Yes, I have been involved in using Alinsky's tactics on both sides. However, it is important to realize when to back off before going over the cliff. It is something that a person learns through experience.

I have seen how Capitalism can be corrupted by greed (Madoff/Wall Street) if taken to the extreme, and how on the other side we may be enabling some individuals who are not trying to find work. But, currently, there are those who are legitimately without work due to no fault of their own and need assistance. I personally believe in assisting those who are trying to assist themselves.

Yes, I have worked in the past with various unions (UMW, NEA, Labors, Operating Engineers, Teamsters, police organizations, SIEU) and organization management, teaching labor relations at various Universities, and assisting communities in indenting power figures (movers and shakers of communities), investigation of various individuals, and working with the various media. I still maintain some of my contacts with such individuals.

IMO, these experiences has allowed me to have an understanding of the real World and how it works. It most generally is about "Power," and how the power is utilized.
