I have been given that answer for almost 2 weeks. Notice the above answer " .... in the public float", not answering the question about restricted 144 shares. The float changes with shares in certificate form, thats why 3.3 million have to be in certificate form for the float to be covered.

For Gary Morgan to give the number of shares in the public float he WILL be answering your/our questions about the # of 144 shares.

# of outstanding minus # of 144 = # in public float.

And no, 3.3 million do NOT have to be in cert form for the float to be covered. Only the non-144 shares (which are the float shares because they AREN'T 144 shares) have to be in cert form.
