A note to the eventual GOP Presidential nominee: Promise to create and empower an office in the White House that will be responsible for evaluating and rolling back unnecessary and job killing federal regulations. The office would have no authority to create new regulations. When he or she accepts the nomination at the GOP convention, the nominee should name the person who is going to head up the office and make him or her an integral part of the campaign.
