The Chinese have exported their way out of poverty. Were not for the cheap credit it would not have exported as it did. They owe Europe and US something. China knows it needs the USD peg and the US economy to keep going. By the same token, Brazil benefited from China pile of money, that came from europe and the US. For it was that money that China spread more evenly. Hey there are no one with cleans hands in a globalized world.
