Heh ..... heh....... if you had tradeable citizenship, or simply lots and lots of money, (hmmmmm ..... sounds like the same thing, doesn't it?) you could leave your bum in one part of the world and wash your hands (assuming you even needed to or cared to) in another part of the world. In fact, many seem to be doing it, and most wanting to.
Let's face it. As long as there is something one man has that another man would like to get his grubby hands on ....... there will be no rest for anybody ..... no matter what elaborate schemes, laws, trade, exports, imports, lunch-menus, children, travel plans, hobbies, art, literature, piety, philosophy, technologies........... or any one of a zillion plans and other things ...... one has.
