Political leaders declaring days of prayer are normal in America. Saying amen after a prayer is also normal.

I suppose signing a law in a school run by a church sounds a little funny, but I haven't heard of that before and don't know if its legitimate. I guess a law can be signed wherever a governor wants to do it.

I consider opposition to public prayer taking place to be militant.
