Yes they are a disgusting lot trying use an icon from the other side to promote their agenda in a policy debate.

Simply deflects from the truth of the issue now - that we cannot keep spending borrowed money. I never once heard them mention the revenues will return as the economy improves - they all want to "create" revenues now by taxing people when they're down. Doing exactly what their leader called a "bad idea to raise taxes in a recession".
