Breath-taking is an understatement.

I can see how the rest of the world is absolutely jarred and bone-chillingly concerned....in just a mere 13 years and one president has flipped us where we are today.

In 2000 we were on top on the world.......now.........we are spiraling downhill at a rapid clip.

One can also make a timeline of our internal divide if we look at the emergence of 24hour hate-filled cable and Rush Limbaugh's, et. al. rising star status.....he's made millions selling hate to people who cannot think for themselves....that don't realize that they are hating and voting in the wrong people...

I use to think that way but in the last couple of years, I've realized that the only reason there is an audience for Limbaugh et al is because its become de rigueur for some Americans to hate and Limbaugh et al puts that hate into words. In fact, their hate has been building for decades........and Limbaugh is a culmination of that build up.

I wouldn't be suprised if as soon as Koch et al have their mission accomplished, they will throw the teapartiers under the nearest bus and move on to a different "tool."

Yup. I think the teapers 15 minutes is almost up.

I agree that there will be violent upheaval....it will not be orderly.

Unfortunately, I think it may be inevitable. The income disparities continue to grow.........and the rich are telling the poor to eat cake.
