Yes...the business basics are the same.
The difference between MCI, AT&T is cost. communication is derived and delivered by equipment's, satellites, microwave etc. . The cost of generating power in KWH is a constant expenditure in order to supply customers for end use. The question was.....what makes those small companies like KESE, to buy or generate power cheaper then the already existing utilities.
