Caly.........in that I believe you once served on the board of a public company, you may be able to provide some perspective here. Are you bothered at all that Phil Smith is no longer a shareholder in LWLG? For me the fact that the chairman of the board holds 0 shares is a huge red flag. Your thoughts? Thanks! Mark
