Maybe you can talk with the bride and groom before the wedding about that situation. Ask them to have the wedding coordinator check to be sure you don't have people like that in your way... I'd tell the guy that wants to get the pictures from you for the video that he can buy copies of the ones he wants to use, or that he can use the ones the bride buys to give to him... I don't know how to make video's....but it does seem that could be another service you could offer the soon to be married couple...People could send their best shots to you if they want to be incorporated in the video.... Guys like you described sound like a former (thankfully) BIL of mine....He could be very funny sometimes, but most of the time, was just a crashing borish guy like you described.... Hope the hand and foot are doing better!
