Jeffries and Company DID increase their estimates on Friday-- from $30 to $36, based on an increase in EPS estimates from $1.75 to $1.85(F98)
and from $2.10 to $2.55(F99). And, they stated they believe these estimates are conservative because they are only assuming a 6% margin for Prospect in fiscal 99. If they were to assume SGR's operating margin of 9% for Prostpect in fiscal 99, the potential earnings accretion is $0.70 per share instead of 0.45.
Hope you added yesterday, Scott.
regards,
greg
