what effectiveness? they have results sitting on a desk in CHile that they can't/won't release to the market. BUT they are proceeding with a financing (they hope)to allow them to do DIAMOND DRILLING? So how does one diamond drill if one has not interpreted the previous RC results? Are they proceeding to DD based on the visuals (which matter in a Mn deposit) of the RC program. As is typical of PNB - they claim to have had the samples shipped all around the country in an effort to get to the lab. Hence the delay in releasing data.The financing sounds like an attempt to cash in on what has already been described around town as good visuals. So go figger? - these clowns really do need the vse to finish investigating their trading records and see if they are only ever going to amount to being promoters or graduate to the ranks of mining men. By the way -when is the AGM - it seems that last yr it was in Nov - so how about it ? Any date yet?
