(And ENDLESS arguments in courts with everyone under the sun suing to have this, that, or the other thing declared illegal by some judge somewhere. And... ten years down the road you could maybe expect to see the Supreme Court finally ruling about some ten year old budgets. Such is the speed of our legal system).

And, by the way... I thought that some of the rating agencies actually said exactly the opposite of your assertion. (That they would have instantly down-graded the US is such a hairball had ever been enacted... not the other way around....) Can you point to any of the big three rating agencies EVER formally saying what you just claimed for them? (Or was that just hot air and a vivid imagination from you, Bill?)
