Yep!

(Which perhaps explains why Boehner and Obama were both prepared to support a "Grand Agreement" that cut the ten year federal deficit by around $4 TRILLION, now doesn't it? You don't think they honed-in on that $4 Trillion figure by accident do you?)

But, I see you are noticing now that *nowhere* did S&P come out an endorse 'cut, cap, and balance' or any other specific mumbo-jumbo. Only the hard numbers that they wanted to see the deficit improved by... only that.
