This just isn't correct.

# of outstanding minus # of 144 = # of public float shares. Period.

Looks like Mr. Morgan is trying to provide TWO answers: 1) # of public float shares and 2) how many of those public shares have been put into name form (cert form).

I see, I think, what you meant about having all 3.3 million shares in cert form. You're thinking the 144 shares = shares in cert form. Then add the # of float shares in cert form with the goal of getting all 3.3 million in cert form - then the squeeze will take place. This is what you meant, right?
