Hmm, if it came from someone else, it would have had more credibility. Do you recall when these clown were rating the CDO as AAA? When they were questioned, they said that their rating does not matter and when they rate something is nothing but giving an opinion. Well, they should have downgrade 3 or 4 years ago. The Chinese did it way before these clowns. The bastards tell Americans to go back into the market then pull the rug from under them.

In my opinion, these guys should be put out of business and tossed in jail.
