An explicit Senate budget proposal, save for Hussein's that lost 97-0? Senate debate of the TWO Budget Bills that the House sent to the Senate? You can affirm the wisdom of your own posts with answers? And no, we are not interested in ad hominem attacks or other clever rhetorical devices.
