Wait a sec. How can I forget? Mike Sylver was delinquent in his filings so decided to file a bunch of 10Qs all at once. But rather than actually crunch the numbers and create "real" filings, he did one, copied it several times, and filed each copy as a covering a different quarter. After all, he figured, who reads these things anyhow? Certainly not the OTCBB! And in fact, they didn't, until I, I mean "someone" who shall remain nameless, called the OTCBB and gave them a heads up, resulting in AZNTE. Sylver got so pissed (recall he was the very first CEO to blame the DTC for his troubles), he set up his own private website for trading his shares under the symbol of ANTD. Meaning that ANTD never was a real trading symbol.
In sum, Mike Sylver was certainly an innovator!
