Jim, Will VUPDA issue new stock to MOOV holders, thereby diluting VUPDA stock? What I'm getting at is your strategy of buying MOOV around the $1.25 range when VUPDA is around $2.75 and then getting the .75 VUPDA buyout seems to easy. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but there must be a catch to this? slp
