Bob, it's tough when the tech. heavy NASDAQ is up 19 points, SYSF
is up over 2, and PTEC is down almost 1.

Your comments on SYSF remind me of a highflying stock I once
owned called Future Communications. It was announcing and
pre-announcing deals left and right. Just because the stock was
going up strong, more and more people piled on (including myself).
Some days it popped up like SYSF often does.

Then the SEC pulled the rug out from under it, the stock stopped
trading forever, the president named Sergio Bosco (probably not
related to SYSF's president Robert Angelo) declared bankruptcy
and we all lost ALL of our money. This wasn't a penny stock
either. It had been around for at least a few years and was featured
in Investors Business Daily. It actually had earnings growth.

Systemsoft may or may not be another Future Communications.
It does dwell a lot on the future, instead of the past or present.
It was less than a year ago that Quarterdeck Software was supposed
to be a great turnaround company with a great future and a lot of
institutions and smart money managers bought into it. Now look at
it.

I'm holding onto PTEC, even if the weak hands don't. Some
people see this as a lottery, and I can understand that.
